MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click here to download our latest list and identify the wines you would like to buy. Note down each item code (for example Z02). Then call, fax or e-mail your order to us. We do not offer on-line shopping on our web site.
Our minimum order size is one case, or 12 individual bottles.
Our terms are strictly cash or cheque on delivery.
All descriptions and illustrations of goods, and prices in any document provided by us, are intended for general guidance only and do not form any part of a contract between you and us. We accept no liability for any error or omissions in such documents and cannot be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such descriptions or illustrations.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free within 50 miles of Rugby, Warwickshire, excluding city centres. Outside that area, delivery by carrier will be arranged at an additional cost of £7.50 plus VAT. We are able to supply only within mainland United Kingdom.
Delivery will be made at a date and time which will be pre-arranged with you, to the delivery address supplied by you. If we or the goods carrier cannot deliver to the delivery address then we may either store the goods and deliver at a later date, or return the goods to stock and deliver similar goods later. We normally arrange to deliver within 3 to 5 days of your order.
TAX CHARGES
All goods are subject to VAT at the standard rate. Prices quoted on the web site are inclusive of VAT, except where specifically stated.
AGE
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we or our carriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order, we will request some form of proof of age. In the event that this is not satisfied we are not permitted to leave the wine.
